Marvelous Energized Holistic Practice

Are you a healing practitioner providing vital services to others? Or, maybe you enjoy integrating holistic modalities for your self-care? If either of these applies to you, there are times you may feel like you’re in a “rut” and wish to “juice it up.”

I know there have been times when I struggle to be a healing presence. It may be related to personal concerns or maybe work/life balance. I’m grateful when I’m able to utilize an easy holistic tip from my healing “toolbox” to keep me uplifted and renewed :-)

Holistic Practice Can be a Struggle

Let’s face it. As a healing practitioner, you may struggle to keep yourself uplifted or your practice “fresh.” Life gets hectic, and you may not have time to review new modalities or therapies to incorporate into your practice.

It can be a breath of relief when you find a new, easy tip or tool that you can use for your practice making it feel more energized. I enjoy implementing therapies from my three pillars of holistic services: Relaxation Therapies, Aromatherapy, and Gentle Movement Therapies.

Quick Tips from the Three Pillars to Energize You & Your Practice

Holistic modalities don’t have to be a struggle to learn or time-consuming. There are many beautiful therapies that you can incorporate quickly and effectively. Some suggestions from the three pillars of holistic services:

Relaxation Therapies - Guided Imagery

One of the tools that you can use in your practice is guided imagery.
Guided Imagery is using your senses to promote a safe space within your mind for healing purposes. When you guide by integrating the senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste), the experience is authentic to the mind and the body. This modality can enhance a healing session through more profound relaxation.

Aromatherapy - Meditation with Spiritual Essential Oils

The use of aromatherapy can increase the vibration of a healing session. Research has shown that several essential oils, such as Frankincense (Boswellia carteri) and Cedarwood (Cedrus atlantica), have qualities that affect the spiritual nature of your being. Consider diffusing essential oils during meditation or sessions. I like adding Lemon (Citrus limon) with my spiritual oil for greater clarity and focus.

Gentle Movement Therapies - Spinal Movement

As a practitioner, you may discover that you are standing or sitting in a place for an extended period. This time may create muscle tension and stiffness. Moving the spine like a snake creates flexibility in the back. Consider doing small spinal rolls to reduce tension and feel more incredible energy.
